Shotgunners are Scout sized drones that have EMP Shotguns and regenerating Overshields. They transform into cars. Needless to say, they are very hard to kill from close range. Shotgunners are one of the most dangerous units in escalation because of their overshields and shotguns. It is advisable to stay back and wait until they fire all their slug rounds then if the player wants to he/she can get up close and fire their weapons at point-blank range or strike some melee attacks on them but be ready to have a back up plan when they have reloaded their EMP shotguns! One of the most common strategies used by shotgunners is to charge at players firing their shotguns at the players.
